How to reach us

We do not publish a phone number or street address. Phone calls and online meetings are arranged by appointment after first contact by email or through the form.

When to expect a reply

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Some questions, especially those that need research or a closer look at your situation, may take a little longer. If you have not heard from us within a week, please check your spam folder and feel free to send a short follow-up.

What to include in your message

  • Your name and the best email address to reach you.
  • Who you are: inventor, investor, company representative, government or education.
  • The general field or industry of your project (for example, maritime, medical devices or software), described in non-confidential terms.
  • Your current stage: idea, prototype, patent pending, granted patent or in the market.
  • What you would like help with, or which service interests you.
  • Your country and time zone, so we can suggest suitable meeting times.
Important confidentiality notice: please do not send confidential invention details, drawings, technical specifications or unpublished patent application text through this form or by email before a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. Describe your invention only in general, non-confidential terms in your first message. If a confidential discussion is needed, we will agree on an appropriate NDA first. Online meetings

After first contact, we can schedule an online meeting at a mutually convenient time. Please note that we are based in Israel, so times are coordinated in Israel time. We are happy to find a slot that works for inventors and partners in North America, Europe and elsewhere.
